Title: Intermittent Rev Counter

Hi, firstly its an 89 8v digi, hazards on dash.
Rev counter just works when it feels like it, when the rev counter stops there is no readout on the 'secret' MFA function either.
I've been through the search function but nothing specific to this. I guess its a loose connection but where is the most obvious place to look given the dial & the MFA stop working at the same time? BTW all connections on the coil seem OK.  :undecided:

Usually a sign the clocks are on their way out. THink this is a fault with the PCB on the back.
