Hi,
The missus has a Polo gti which came with the 16" Monza/Denver alloys. I'm looking to put some 17" Monza alloys on it but I'm struggling to find the information about the offset and any other necessary dimensions required from both wheels.
Has anyone done this wheel swap?
Does anyone have this info or can they point me in the right direction please?
Thanks

They will only fit if you get 20mm 5x100-5x112 adaptors.
Monzas are 7.5x17 5x112 ET51, ET31 is pretty much level with the arches on a Polo, so if you're going to lower it, don't go too far!
ET31 isn't that bad, if you fitted MK1 TT wheels they'd stick out the same as they're ET31-33 IIRC.

Thanks very much for the info TomB

No worries!

You can get reps in 5x100 which would go straight on.

I never thought of reps as wouldn't have considered them for my car. I'm sure they'll be fine for the missus though, I'll have a look for some..
