Title: DSG PROBLEMS?
Post by: bananamicke on 11 June 2009, 21:31
Hello. I just got a Golf MK5 GTI 07 and feel that the dsg is not really up to code. After driving for a while and the engine is hot the problem start. When im standing still and driving away, the car almost directly put it in second gear. But it seems as it dont get enough juice so it starts jerking forward until i give it alot of gas. So driving slowly forward can be hard...

And there is something with the sound of the first gear. Sounds like when you are driving in reverse, you know the wistling sound. Is that normal or?

Thanks alot! Micke SWE
