Title: can sum 1 help

i haev a mk3 golf cabi i locket it up and when i went back to it it had unlocket it self and the windows was down. the windows will not go back up :sad:

Hi..there is an answer to this, something to do with total closure fault or your key fob or a reset, maybe even a plain electrical fault..Not sure myself but some knowledgeable chap here will give you some info i'm sure..
In the meantime have a look down the posts or do a search relative to your problem..you should find some similar posts.

I had the same problem with mine, parked up, went in the house, came out later and both windows were right down and wouldn't go back up  :angry:

Traced it to the central locking interface (behind the plastic trim in the drivers footwell) connected to my alarm that had suffered water damage. Replaced the interface and hey presto.

cheers 4 that we had a lot of rain last night put car in garage went to it this morning and windows went up so water must have got in :smiley:
