You said they are brand new without a scratch, that for me tells me its best to get them done properly! lol.
Will cost you about 50-60 a wheel.

ok i was thinking of goin that way with them but had a few quote of around 260 and i could priob do them for under 60 lol hmmmmmm wot 2 do??

Only problem with painting them yourself with rattle cans is getting a durable finish especially if you are doing the whole rim. They may look good initially but could well get gravel rashed pretty quickly. If you can afford it I'd get them powder coated or finish in 2 pack. Having said that a relatively cheap finish will be fine if you plan to change the colour in the future.
Basically if you prepare the job properly you should get very good results, just don't expect it to last through winter.

thanx for the help i might have to just save up for the proper job . iam goin to try make my golf completely black apart from number plates.... and drop it to the ground

i spray my steelies up from time to time. just need some etch primer on any bare metal (ie, where your nasty scratches are. bita primer over that then i nice satin finish i would say. they only ever look a bit sh!t on close inspection, otherwise look spot on. i reckon you should go for it, like you say, you can do it for a few pence compared to a pro job.

Also bear in mind you'll need to key the existing surface to take the paint, is that something you want to do if they are like brand new. No going back once you've started.
