Sounds ok, to give you an idea I paid 13k for 3dr black manual 06 plate with leather, 18" monza's, armrest, ipod with 7k on the clock + private plate worth £600 plus.
Hope that helps.... TBF I did get a bargain.

Sounds like a great spec. Although its maybe priced a bit on the high side for a 3 year old...
From my own personal experience check that the steering rack is not making any strange noises at low speed when turning the wheel (needs a new rack - common problem) and that there isn't any condensation in the high level brake light (if there is get them to replace it and afterwards realign the rear washer to the 2 O'clock position).
If there is any sign of corrosion on the monza's get them to change em.
There is a buying guide stickied at the top of this section

bit pricey in my opinion. i got my 2007 black gti 3dr from vw dealer couple months back for £13400. was up for £14000
18000 miles
xenons
leather
18" monzas
armrest
6 cd changer
years warrenty left. i was looking for well over 6 months tho so be worth holding out for the right 1.

Agree it's a bit pricey. There are better priced car's to be had, you just need to find them amongst all the higher priced car's which aren't selling. I would have said 12500 would be nearer the mark, 13000 from a dealer?
Theres a new GTI on pistonheads right now, just added, fully loaded 30k £12k in London 06 plate.
Bit over my budget but might suit you sir..
