Title: Removing clip without ripping pipe (pic)
Post by: maxp on 06 June 2009, 13:23
Am removing this totally bodged valve with a new one.

Anyone know how the release on the clip works? I dont want to rip the fragile looking pipe.

use some wire cutters to cut the lump off or use a hacksaw thats the only way to get that type of clip off

thin screwdriver into the crimped end and lever it side to side to loosen the crimp also works
