Title: 020 gearbox problems

was out today in my mk2 when i started to get crunch in 2nd then suddenly i lost all my gears  :cry: which happened right on top of busy round about which i had to push to the next exit to safty i managed to get 2nd back but cant get no others anyone have any ideas cant do nowt till it stops raining

have a look at the linkage first of all, then see if you can spot any gear oil leakages

after an hour of setting gears up i finally got to the source of the the problem i found a nut worked its way loose tightened it up and my gears are nice and tight 100% better to drive now  :grin:
