Title: leaky wheels

a few of the bolts in my wheels (bbs rm)are leaking a bit of air so im gonna take them out and seal them properly. what sort of sealant is best to use? can i use gasket sealant?

took me a few attempts of reading this before i realised what you were asking (had visions of air coming out of wheel nuts)
beg/steal/borrow/buy a valve removal tool, unscrew the valves and replace with new ones, theyre not expensive.

if thats not what you meant, then i dont know, if this is a windup, i fell for it  :'(

ok, they are split rims and where the rims bolt to the centre bit of the wheel it leaks air from a few of the bolt holes.

When I took my wheels to be refurbished the guy was going to take the rims apart then put them back with silicone sealant.? Dont know whether this helps?!?? :-\
