Title: Lost my Virginity to "The Black Beaver"

Well after a trip down the South Coast a few days in the sun after collecting shes finally back home....

Was quite cuffed on the mpg coming back stopped at a few places but when I pulled off the M6 near Preston on 7\8 empty and 380miles done  :grin:

Any way over to the car:-



Very late '53 plate - AUM - Service History 60K  -C T & P done 3k miles ago new brakes recently,
car is standard bar the wheels and tyres.....  :wink: that will change   :laugh:
New wheels and tyres at Christmas - Although to be honest I think they are cack I would have prefered all silver I hate two colour wheels  :sick:
 
Anyway project thread coming loads of bits already in my garage and signed up for a couple GB

Took these quickly this morning, its not been cleaned and clay barred yet  :grin: :grin:

No offence Barry  :wink: But personally I dont think Matt Black two colour wheels on a Mettalic Black car look right  :sad:

Maybe gloss black and silver but it wasnt my car at the time they went on.....

Future Plans are they will be swapped out to Lambo wheels but that isnt the first big job  :smiley:

Oh and whats the correct pressure that should be in 225\40 18 Im sure mine feel toooooooooooo Hard  :sad:

It's now had a good wash , clay bar tomorrow follows by a waxing...

And good interior clean to come.

Even after a wash you notice things you didn't see on veiwing rear bumper will need spraying for me to be happy etc will be done when R32 rear spoiler goes on....

Can these only be got from the stealers by the way?

No the headrests havent been pinched, i had to collect a big box on the way up, so had to take the headrests off so I could throw our suitcase over on to the backseat.
The price you pay for a 3dr  :wink:

That is an option as you cant do anything with these Matt Black then Aluminium on the outer edge  :sick:

Could most probably do them myself, but I'll most probably wait till the tyres are nearly and replace with what I want Lambo  :grin: :grin:

The guy I bought the car off told me he paid about £750 early jan for them...
