Has any one got a debadged front grill on there car, if so is it good or cheap product , intrested in getting one .CHEERS. :rolleyes:

they look good if u get the bonnet recess filled and the bumper one. otherwise they look bit odd.......

i got one a few weeks back from ebay guy called "goingfast" it was recomended ..and it was the worst fit item i brought.. had to nip and tuck but in the end got this resualt :cool:

gives it a nice look but if you can filler and smooth of the notches it looks the dog b******** :smiley:

you can always get them from awesome gti and sites like that im sure there fit is bang on .. which is why you pay that little bit extra for :smiley:

i got a chrome one on mine i think they look better only thing is though you do need to get ya bonnet sorted as the stick in bit they come with are still noticeable

chrome? ive never understoof the fascination with chrome things? a guy at my work had a nova with a chrome grill, chrome bits round the lights, just looks tacky IMO, not slating your car linz, ill be interested to see it, but i just have this blue nova in my mind right now, lol!

thats OTT.. but my mate has a 07 passat and he has chrome grill and sets the car off real nice ... suits some and looks crap on others e.g nova! :laugh:

the nova makes the nova look crap, haha! yea ive seen the oem ones that some companys do, but its not my thing really, i might be lying, i might like it, we will see when linz pops up to the thread and shows us :D

Chrome belongs on Mini's mainly. Although the later passats (not new shape) estates look cool with the chrome edging round the windows.
Chrome on mk4 = horrible. (apart from the odd badge and so on..)

yh love the chrome around the windows cant be done on mk4's can it due to the door piller trim splitting??
