Title: Is this the right roof spolier for a mk4?
Post by: rhys1927 on 02 June 2009, 08:38

Hi, I am in the process of getting the MK4 repaired, and am looking to replace the original spoiler on my mk4, as my original one was stolen years ago.

Can someone tell me if the following one on ebay is the same as the origianl ebay one?

http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Golf-mk4-GTI-Roof-Spoiler_W0QQitemZ280266252371QQcmdZViewItemQQptZUK_CarsParts_Vehicles_CarParts_SM?hash=item41412ba053&_trksid=p3286.c0.m14&_trkparms=72%3A1683%7C66%3A2%7C65%3A12%7C39%3A1%7C240%3A1318%7C301%3A1%7C293%3A1%7C294%3A50 (http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Golf-mk4-GTI-Roof-Spoiler_W0QQitemZ280266252371QQcmdZViewItemQQptZUK_CarsParts_Vehicles_CarParts_SM?hash=item41412ba053&_trksid=p3286.c0.m14&_trkparms=72%3A1683%7C66%3A2%7C65%3A12%7C39%3A1%7C240%3A1318%7C301%3A1%7C293%3A1%7C294%3A50)

I know its different material, but that is not a problem.

all help appreciated.

Rhys

that's only the same as in it looks the same, it's not a genuine part and as a result expect it not to fit properly.
