Hi,
Just got hold of some poorboys wheel sealant - on the side it mentions polish before applying and I wanted to double check if this is actually the application of some polish product or just ensure the wheel is clean, dust free and wiped down. I've got some billberry for cleaning them and was just going to wipe down and dry then stick this sealant on - didn't plan on a "polish" (wheels are Monza II)
Cheers,

srp will proberly get mentioned
any fine finishing compound will do, do it a couple of times to ensure the surface is free of crap etc before you apply the sealant.

Thanks for the reply - better get myself down to halfrauds as I only have AG Ultra Deep Shine - unless that will do?

I don't polish the wheels.
Clean? Yes.
Clay? Yes.
Polish? No.
Seal? Yes
Wax? Yes.

if you dont prep the surface properly by polishing , sealing and waxing will be a wasted effort imo and a waste of sealant and wax.
