Hi there
Thinking of getting some falken 912's for my TDI...195 50 15's. What have falken owners thought of them? Im running barum tyres at the moment and theyre pretty hard....roads round here like a war zone....
any help much appriciated :)
Cheers

I had them on my Gti for around 4mths before I sold it, excellent to be honest, gripped well and good value for money.
-
Had them on my last golf and just replaced the conti's that came on my current car for some 912's find them a far better tyre for grip, wearing and a nice looking tyre too.
-
I've just put 452's on the front of my car. So far so good, give a little stretch too so should be better for clearance than the old Avons.
-
I fitted falkens to mine when i refurbed the rims....(off came some federal's!!) and I rated them very high for wet and good dry grip (unlike the federals that were scary in the wet!! but got a better review on blackcircles!)

well got 2 today so we will see how they get on :) cheers for all the comments

well let us know how u get on with em m8

don't get the 512's though, the stretch idea works well and stops rubbing, apart from that they're truly awful in all conditions!

not gone far....about 20 miles so far but seem better already than the barum tyres that were on before. Further updates to come :)
