Hi all,
Ive got a chance of some cheapish BBS VZ alloys.
They are as follows:
Offset 5 x 112
size 18"
ET 37
VW Centre caps not BBS
They are brand new - were bought for a Passat.
Question is - will they fit my Mk5 GTI without any problem?
Thanks in advance for any help,
Andy

Cannot say without knowing the width of the Alloys.
Also are you lowered at all?
If you aren't lowered then you may just get away with them at 8" wide.
Lowered and You'll probably scrub on compression at 8".
You can always run extra camber on the suspension if you have adjustable top mounts, which will give you a little room for maneouvre if they are wider than 8".

Cheers Hurdy,
I believe they are 8" wide - the GTI is totally standard.
Sounds like it will be tighter than I would like (never said that before :embarassed:).

You can just get 8.5" width alloys in there with a 45 offset if you are stock height. 8" and 37 offset would poke 1.5mm more.
Over stock (7.5" wide and 51 offset) the wheels you are looking at would poke out another 20mm.

Just for info, 5x112 is the stud pattern and not your offset, the offset number is the et number.
