Hi guys.
I'm new here, and to be honest new to the whole owning a german car kinda thing.
I came from owning a long line of Fords and Peugeots, but in a few days hopefully be owning a golf 1.8 20v Turbo :)

Anways, im hoping to get a Golf on Friday, and was needing your help.
Is there anything in particular I should know about Golfs in terms of where they go wrong?
Is there anything I should look for on this Golf that will cause me problems straight away?
It has been remapped apparently, and has 195bhp, with no other mods than an induction kit (I think)?
Its a 1999 T plate, 97k on the clock, MOT until Feb, Taxed until July, belt has been done, etc.
Just let me know what bad possible bad points to look out for :)

Get yourself into the Mk4 section and they'll tell you all you need to know  :wink:
