Title: Mudflaps or not!?

Ive currently got them fitted but just wondered what you all think? do i keep them or take them off?

My mudflaps were delivered on Thursday...they have the white VW logos on. Been searching for ages for a set that didn't have a massive scene tax added on.

The last set on eBay I saw were the ones I posted on here - think they went for £140. I got mine fir £20 delivered. Just in the process of cleaning them up.

If they have been fitted for a long time or from new, then you will find the body will be scratched where they have been sat when or if you remove them. They marked may polish out but if I were you I would leave them on...

I'm not quite sure why, but I think front ones look ok, but ones on the rear look awful. Just my opinion :)

finally!! you've only had them like 6 months  :tongue:

i freshened my mud flaps up on the weekend - re-sprayed them in satin black as they were looking a bit faded

Lol cheeky bugger!!! Every time I go to do it I either run out of time with other bits and bobs or the car breaks down :lipsrsealed: like it did last week!

Ive just given mine a freshen up on the black front too. Aiming to get them on this weekend. I am contemplating changing the white VW logos with Reflex silver ones a subtle difference. Reckon it would look okay or am I wasting my time?

tbh mate prob not worth the effort???

Mine are finally on now, looking good!!
