Can you buy uprated enigine mounts for an 8v Gti? If so where's the best place to get them from?

Vibratechnics make some of the worthwhile ones and they cost shed loads...

you can but cheaper (and nastier) poly ones but i personally wouldn't bother as they make the engine too rigid, creating loads of unwanted vibration and noise.

Thanks for the advice, I'm turning the car into a rally car so nose and vibration won't be too much of an issue! Vibratechnics looks the place to go. Thanks again
