What engine oil do you guys recomend for a 1.8 8valve??? :)

Quantum synta Silver or Gold, available from VW.

Yep, i use synta silver too & so do most people i know   8)

Just bought some today and an oil filter so Quantum silver from VW with their oil filters every time  :)

Go back to quantum blue, quantum silver makes my 2 golfs smoke too much.
