I am trying to find the engine speed sensor the manual says it is by the oil filter but i cant see it can any one help !!!

It should be just to the right of the oil cooler, you might have to remove the oil filter to see it.

I havent got an oil cooler!! I cant see any wires running down behind the oil filter. ???

Are you sure?
Can you post a pic?
The oil cooler is like a big block thing that the oil filter screws into.

i have now removed the oil filter,oil cooler and the housing and there is no engine speed sensor i must be blind !!!!
