Title: Mk2 factory recall for bad cold starting....anyone heard of it????

I was talking to my Mrs' boss the other day about my ongoing problem with cold starting on my Mk2 valver. She said, when she worked for VAG, she said they recalled Mk2 valvers for a cold start issue. Anybody heard of this?

there is a site somewhere that lists manufacturer recalls

If there was such a recall vw would definately not offer it now anyway as iirc it runs for a maximum of 15yeaars
