Excuse me if it is,I'm not technically minded.....but apart from soapy water and a brush....is there a good way of cleaning red callipers? Whats safe to apply/spray or generally clean them with? Cheers guys!

You can get a solvent brake cleaner from halford's but that's mainly for break dust, so for the external calliper then I would have thought soap and water would be fine or just water, just try and keep it to the outer edge's just for saftey's sake!

If you have painted calipers then brake cleaner is best avoided, it can make the paint go flat/dull (I know from experience on my old Fabia vRS).

What a "daft" question  As Guy said - Bilberry is good and an old alloy wheel brush (I've got an AG one) to agitate a little then hose off - makes sense to do at same time as wheels unless you up for whipping off the wheel to do it
