Title: Wheel bolts on 18s ?
Post by: andytran on 15 May 2009, 09:35
Morning all,

Im about to order some 18" replicas (genuines are too expensive and good secondhand are like hens teeth!!)

Im looking for a quick answer if possible before I order. The question is - will my existing wheel bolts (17" alloys) be OK to use, or will I need new ones? :undecided:

Cheers

Andy - dont know if it matters, but the new alloys are ET45.

If the wheels are reps / aftermarket then you will need new bolts as they will or should be a different taper to standard bolts.
