Hi again guys,
Just trying to locate the cause of this leak.

Could it be some kind of seal?
Easy fix?
cheers

best thing to do is take the timing belt covers off and have a good look and do the cam belt while ure there should be able to do that in an hour easy

Worth remembering that as well as the crank seal the housing has a gasket behind it, biggest issue is removing the housing without damaging the sump gasket.
-
Is it a big job to replace the crank seal gaskets and sump?

Not really, going to be a bit messy but easy enough to sort.
