Title: door hinge pins?

ne one have an approach to changing these? f**kin little kunts wont come out of the hinge! lol

You mean the little suckers with the 10mm nut underneath?

Close the door half way, then knock 'em out with a hammer.  :wink:

no 10mm nuts just the pin, ill not get the beating stick in there with the door half shut lol

I find that closing the door 'slightly', makes it 'slightly' easier.

Hammer - it's the tool of a pikey, but it gets the job done!

yeah and they are a nightmare to get out, watch out though i changed 2 on my old 3 door and its the hinge that was worn and needed replacing :smiley:

Your old pins are worn! and are hung up on the hinges..
Unbolt and remove the door, pins should now come out relatively easy, as they are no longer under tension, knock the top pin upwards, and the bottom pin, downwards, use, plenty of WD40 to help, lubricate new pins with copperslip...
