question 1,
door speakers, do i need them adaptors they sell in halfords to make my new alpine 6.5" components fit?, aslo what about the rear?.
i have two sets of the alpines.
question two,
where is the best place to feed an amp power lead through the bulkhead on a mk4 1.8t?. it all looks abit tight under there...lol

not sure on the first one but to for the power, get on the floor on the passenger side, put ya hand rite up in the corner and theres a rubber lug! i used wire coat hanger to poke the wire thro, failing that, get ya drill out!!! :laugh:

2. cheers guys, its gonna be the rubber bung/grommet.. dont fancy drilling, not scared just dont want to make holes.
oh, also anybody fed cable decent speaker cable through the doors on these and which way is best?.

awesome, thanks to rhys and yourself lol.. are these needed for the rear too?..
im not sure wether i should just leave the rears actually,.. really not sure.. got the speakers there waiting to be fitted.. :undecided:

Not 100% sure on the rear. If you have 5 doors then yeah, 3 door, not sure.

what a bargain, i got these thinking they were just gonna be some cheap spacers with nothing like the autoleads kit that supplies the bit of loom too.
it was either the autoleads kit itself for half the price halfords sell it or was a very good copy. the instructions were crap (photocopied from photocopies) but anyone with a brain could work it out..
