Title: new clutch slipping

hi gents as the title says .new clutch fitted a month ago and its starting to slip done around 500 mile could it be the adjuster arm (also new cable fitted at same time as clutch  and asked mech about rear crank seal and was told it was ok) 98 8v gti 84000 on clock any info gratefully recieved cheers .vmech

If it is slipping that would suggest to me that you have oil on it from a failed crankshaft seal or the new unit is faulty in some way.
