Oreet
i have a 1994 mk3 1.9td in my mk2. The problem is the glow plugs do not warm up when i turn the key, i am havig to warm them up with a manual switch direct to the battery i have tried a new relay still wont work
Also i have a lot of air bubbles in my fuel lines, not effecting performance but is this normal

Not 100% sure but most glow plug set ups have a timer / control unit as well as a relay, if so that might be the problem.

the relays have a relay in the fusebox (have a look in the maintnence section as theres some diagrams in there) but seriously you shouldnt have any air in a diesel  check all the pipes to the injectors as these fail with age/diesel contanimation!
