think my starter motor packed up after having a toad cat 1 fitted  :sick:,any ideas how much this may cost to have one fitted????

try tapping it with a spanner, does it click ?

I had a brand new one fitted last week.  £95+VAT for the starter + 2 hours labour!  :cry:

It doesn't look too difficult to do yourself.  I just didn't have the equipment (or balls) to have a go myself.  :embarassed:

You could get a starter cheaper from a breakers, but make sure you get the exact part number.  I couldn't find one so had to go for a new one.
