Title: glow plugs

can anyone help me with glow plugs not heating up when i switch on the ignition, i have put in a new relay, dont know what else to check, i am running a mk3 1.9td aaz in my 90 mk2
then need tip for dummies on getting more power on a tight budget, checked the gtd forum but it keeps going off, any help welcome

iirc there is a temp sensor and a timer in the heater circuit my be worth cecking the sensor
