Title: It had to happen... Newbie Mk2 owner

Well, it's almost like it was destined to happen...  Both my brothers owned Mk2s in the 90s, and they blew my tiny teenage mind - one a VR6 conversion and another an LPG converted 16v.  And now I've (finally) joined the club:

Bought this little bundle of joy from oop Narth near Preston and brought it down to the sunny South in Bristol.  Chuffed to bits with it and really enjoy driving now, having been driving a Rover 214 for far too long.

No doubt I'll have a million questions for you guys, and bearing in mind I'm mechanically inept they're probably going to be stupid ones!

Thanks fellas, seems like I'm going to enjoy it round these parts ;)

Also into my photography too, happy to see there's a separate forum for lens geekery!  Mountain bike shots are more my thing but now I've got a car worth taking pics of maybe I'll branch out...
