my exhaust makes a rattle when driving at normal speeds (rare). As if a heat shield (if it has one) is vibrating off it at certain speeds. It happens around 20mph in 2nd, 30 in 3rd and 40 in 4th. Any ideas?? Doesn't do it when thrashing it about

Exhaust shields usually rattle at about 2000rpm if loose.
Find the offending shield and tighten it, or if its the downpipe one use a big jubilee clip.
