Title: Mk1 meet up

Can anyone tell me if there is a monthly meet up of Mk1 owners on this forum in different areas?

I see alot of people go to the shows etc, but thought it would be good to meet some of you and your amazing cars.....!! :)

I think it would be fairly hard to arrange one, due to the rarity and distribution of the mk1 owners throughout the UK. It would be a fair drive for most to meet up for a few hours, but at least the shows enable other things to be done or cars to be seen.

thers plenty of mark 1s at no rice each month.

2nd wednesday of every month at ladymead retail park in guildford. well worth the drive and quite a few of us from this forum are regulars  ;)

jv ain't allowed to come to a mk1 meet as his car works  :D

thats round the corner from me at uni! is it the retail pk by the big sainsburys by the m3 junction?

got the money in the end ay  ;)

heres a map.  its m25, a3 to guildford then a25 i think.  no sainsburys but a real nice milkshake at burger king  :D
