Has anyone got any pics of the VW boot load liner please??
-
Just finish watching my team rescuing their Championship status then go and take a pic and get it posted. Be an hour
-
I'm not sure what the boot liner is like but I got a liner from B&Q the other day when buying some plants and it was only £2 and fit the boot fairly well.
Sorry if this isn't helpful at all but thought I'd mention it in case. :)

I have had these carboot bits of kit in last four cars & they have been an excellent fit in all.
Saves the carpets from alot of abuse & well worth 40quid

(£156) http://www.volkswagenaccessories.co.uk/accessories/details?part_no=5M0061171
.....Not sure on the difference, possibly the more expensive one is for the Golf plus!??.

I may need to get one of them ;)

I've got a bootliner in my car. It's a genuine VW one and is made of thick foamy type stuff. More lightweight than the ones in the pics posted show. I don't know how much it was because I blagged it with the car, but when I bought one for my Mk 4 it wasn't that expensive.
It's similar to this one: http://www.volkswagenaccessories.co.uk/accessories/details?part_no=1K0061160

Is that a razz mag in the back of that seat
I've got the small one like GolfGirl but also have a plastic material blue jobbie from Halfrauds that sits on top (think its a flower/plant carrier thing) :embarassed:

I'll take a pic of mine tomorrow.

Anyone know if the deep VW liners are hard plastic or flexible rubber? (ideally want them to be rubber).?????
I've asked the dealer but there not sure!

Here's mine as promised:

Very light, flexible and shaped to the boot.

Yep - thats what I've got but I don't think mine does that on the top left :undecided:
-
Think it just needs straightening out. Looks neat!!
-
I've tried straightening it out but it won't budge :undecided:

Only closer inspection against mine, it looks like it might be the wrong way round (assuming you got an MK5 one) - as on mine you know where the seat folds, there is something (some kind of bracket for the seat) that comes out into the boot and the load liner has a "ramp" section - like what you see towards the top right of yours. At the back of my boot (left hand side), again something similar (although not for a seat ) which is where the "ramp" on yours top right would be in the bottom left side (if you switched it around - not sure if I'm making any sense

I'll have a look tomorrow but I'm pretty sure I tried it both ways round and the way I have it was the better fit. Will check tomorrow though
