Title: Gas flowing

Has anybody had any experience with a gas flowed cylinder head? I have a 16v gti and want to flow the throttle body (if possible), the manifold and cyliner head to match the air filter and exhaust combination.
Any help, advice or 'tips and tricks' would be appreciated.

I also have a 16V and was looking into doing a ported and polished cylinder head for it, I even went so far as to nick my mates Scirocco GT head that was in his shed to mess around on. Check out the following site as it offers a lot of advice on whats involved.
