Title: Biting Clutch
Post by: piggy on 31 July 2004, 21:19
My new Golf 1990 8V has a very different clutch action to my old G(ro)TI.
It seems to bite very sharply making it a very jerky start off, especially if the other half is driving. Not quite whiplash :D
It doesn't slip and appears on the face of it to work fine.
Any ideas how to soften it off?
 ???

Try adjusting it aroung until you find something that is comfortable to use
