Title: What is it??

What is that plastic box behind my screen wash tank, on a bracket on the NS sus tower??
it has a key socket on top under a small cap, i have the key its a little tube one, its connected to a 'bonnet switch'[ which presumabley tells it if bonnet is onen+ the wires go off through firewall on passenger side......some kind of alarm/ immobiliser??

You'll probably find this is a manual reset switch for your alarm system - for example if the alarm is faulty and won't respond to the key fob, you can switch it off here. I believe it'll just put everything back to the standard settings. Sometimes alarms get "confused" and this is the only way to sort them out.  :smiley:

I have this here, and its the factory alarm.... What key fob have you got to lock/unlock the car?

lol dont have any kind of fob just normal keys+ this little key that fits this box??
Doesnt look that standard as the bracket the box is mounted on is just screwed on with random self tappers??
