Title: Which black paint for bumpers?

I'm thinking about painting the top bit on my mk2 bumpers as they have paint makes on them. What would be the best black paint to use? (i.e. matt, satin etc) also should i lacquer them after painting or leave it?

i used some of the halfords mattblack and tbh found it pretty good maybe mattblack? and i would put a couple of coats of clearcoat laquer on as well as it protects the paintwork  :wink:
