Title: Sunroof problems :(

Just took my sunroof out and fitted a new headlining to it as my old one was ripped and hanging down.. i've put it back in but when i go to close the sunroof it closes normaly till there is about an inch gap left then it just stops as if it is wound fully closed:S what could be causing this??

Poor adjustment, just undo the 4x bolts holding it in and square it up, its pretty straightforward.

sounds like handle isnt fitted right, the stop is builkt into the handle gear mech :)
take handle off, wind it back a few turns then refit and try again. keep going till roof fully shut, then remove handle 1 last time and wind it till it hits the stop, refit :)
