Title: Reversing light
Post by: papperbear on 29 July 2004, 11:17
Just been told that when I reverse my car the reverse light flickers?  I presume this is a bad connection somewhere or is it something more serious?

Probably just a duff connection somewhere. Have a good look also to make sure the rear wash/wipe water pipe isn't leaking water onto anything which could be a possible cause of the problem.

Chris.

check the bulb itself, my previous car had a dodgy brake light bulb that was duff and used to flicker.

Cheers Chris,

Getting my alloys refurbed at the moment so I had to leave the car as I dont have any spare wheels.  I'll check the connections when I get the car back over the weekend.

Sorry can't help with the brake light, but I notice you were getting your alloys refurbished. Can you let me know where and how much.
Cheers :)

They're called "ProClean" based in Prescot 0151 292 5525 and ask for Mark.
