Hi guys + gals
In need of some serious help here.
I bought a MK3 Golf GTI 2LTR 8V the other day. Its an earlier model on a 92 reg, J plate.
I wanted to fit my own kenwood cd/mp3 headunit into the car as it had an old sony tape deck in there. When i removed the tape deck i was met by a mess of wires and the iso pins are different to the ones i have heard mentioned on the forum already.
THIS IS WHAT I HAVE TO PLAY WITH.
On the ISO from the car.....
Black connecter
Thick brown
Brown w red stripe
Grey w blue stripe
Blue w white stripe
Red w white stripe
Brown connector
Red w green stripe
Brown w black stripe
Brown w blue stripe
Blue w black stripe
Brown w white stripe
Red w white stripe
Red w brown stripe
Blue w green stripe
On top of this i also have a thick dark green (almost black) cable and also a white cable.... These arent part of the connectors, they are stand alone.
Can anybody help me with the wiring, i need to know what wire is what and what goes where etc.
Any help is appreciated.

get a connection from halford or someting they should be able to help you out just ask and there should be no charge
