Title: shabby fluffy carpet?
Post by: richdubya on 15 April 2009, 21:03
Shabby fluffy carpet?

Not anymore. Try this.
I recently bought my mk4 from a friend who used the car as a family car. As the kid's (bless'em!) travel in the back the rear carpets took a bit of wear

This had to be sorted now i own the car so I used my battery powered lint remover ( a cheaper version of the Remington Fuzzaway) to remove the excess fuzz, I also used it on the front carpet and some areas of the seats. Now my upholstery is looking great.

This may seem an obvious thing to do, but I'm sure its a usefull post! :smug:
