Hi. New to this forum, haven´t found any tread about this problem yet:
On my old Golf ( Golf V 2.0TDI ) the remap (+200 bhp ) raised the torque so much that the torque limiter kicked in.
This feels like the clutch enables.
Anyone experienced this on an ED30 with DSG ?

I've not experienced this. I'm running 324bhp and 380+lbft.
What do you mean by "it feels like the clutch enables"?

The engine revs up, but the power don´t reach the wheels. Like having the car in idle. ( Think that is the right word, hard to explain in a foreign language  )
Found this on another website : Torque limiters and slip clutches automatically slip or disengage the clutch at a predetermined torque

hum, im not sure i understand exactly, but there is something which when i drive hard i feel could be what your talking about..

On my old Golf 2.0 tdi I experienced it when I was driving on low revs ( 5th gear in 50mph ) and didnt change gear before overtaking.
Talked to the guy that tuned my car, and he belived it was the torque limiter who disengaged the clutch.
Don´t know in which revs the ED30 has most torque, but I guessing around 3500rpm or something.
It was a serious problem with my old TDi, so I want to be sure before tuning my ED30.

The ED30 has so much power and torque when modified it really would be hard to determine if you are getting this issue as it would be over so fast and you'd be in the next gear. I believe the torque limiter only cuts in with 1st and second gears on the DSG, but even on hard starts off the line at Santa Pod I've not noticed this effect.
Torque on the ED30 maxes at around 3200-3500 rpm and then tails off to the redline.
