Title: ECU - how long to 're-learn' settings??
Post by: whit on 15 April 2009, 17:40
how long does it take for the ECU to re-learn the engine settings?

i cleaned out the throttle body/butterfly and just wondering how long it will take for the ECU to adjust

Disconnect your battery for 30mins then let the engine run for 30mins is what I did. Noticed the revs move for a min or so.

ECU Monitors engine settings all the time and adjusts so engine runs at its best

as above if you want 2 reset ECU just remove battery for 30mins
