Title: Dash vent trims.

Saw these in an old issue of PVW. They push into the vents at the top, windscreen edge of the dash, if the standard slots have lifted. Anyone know where I can get them????

I do believe there were some metal (unsure what type) vents on ebay that I nearly bought - not sure if that would be of interest to you or not :smiley:

Ebay didn't have any. But thanks. That Mk1 site is on my favourites! How stooopid am I for not seeing them?! £14.50 inc P&P. Bargain! Cheers Dinx!  :wink:

No darl - just bought myself a tintop one from Eurocar parts which I am going to Hammerite and waxoyl and "fit" :grin:
Even spoke to someone about actually making them but it would be stupid money and would have to sell loads...
The guy whom mentioned them on here hasn't came back to my query either :undecided:
And when I asked Mike on here to import me an aluminium one from SA, i ended up losing out as someone stole the money..

VW sell them as well:
171857461B - trim for air vent - 112 MM - 1.7€
171857461C - trim for air vent- 64,5 MM - 1.4€

They're out of stock on Crazy Quiffs by the look of it. Slightly more expensive I got mine at Trimsport (http://www.trimsport.co.uk/interior.html) who do them for £15 + p&p.

Although you can get them at VW cheaper by the look of it.
