Title: mk4 golf wiring headunit

installed an alpine cda 9855, but everytime i turn the car on the radio station and cd's never play from where they finished e.g. not storing last track played and radio stations.

can anyone help?

need to switch the ignition wires around - can't remember the colours

quick search through this section should reveal the answer

EDIT - swap the red and yellow wires around

swap the red and yellow round with each other on the alpine loom job done
