Can anyone tell me where I can buy new golf cab door and roof rubbers as I have water leaking in through the right hand door and right wind and top of door near the hood.
I have a new hood installed, but the rubbers are split in both these locations.
Thanks. :)

Dunno madone but if you source any let me know, my passenger side was noisy mcnoisy while travelling up and down the M1 to bugjam last weekend. :(
-
i doubt its the actual door thats leaking, more likely the window rubber. my door has bent slightly though under pressure from the hood - is it the same for u??
i have a set of roof seals, want 80 quid for them though cos ive never seen em much cheaper and dont really want to sell, but i will for the right money ;)

Vixteris are they new rubber seals? Due to I am doing a complete restore on the car, I want to get new rubbers all round really. I managed to get second hand rubbers from another cab, but still have same issues.
Does anyone know that Darren Robinson who restored that Mk1 golf in the golf mag - he got all new rubbers and seals from somewhere - might have to ask the golf mag if they can find out.....

i was told VAG still do them but there near on 200 a set or there abouts. cant remeber who told me that, but probably someone on this site.
The ones i have look brand new, no tears, not dried out etc but i dont think they are brand new as i got em 2nd hand. i thought my leak problems were down to the roof seals but it was as said above, the door being pushed out by the hood :-\

GPC (http://www.gpcvwaudi.com/index.htm) do them, and are a great company for all cabrio spares

Again adam seems to have the answers.... ;D and the cost from this company is great.

FYI:
Cost of rubbers and seals from GPC
Cab door rubbers are ?65 each
Rubber above front wind screen is ?75
Seals above windows for hood are ?42 each.
