Title: Cabrio rear window frame

Just discovered that mine is more powder than frame....  From running some searches it would appear that new replacements cant be bought.  Is this correct or does the likes of GPC or Crazyquiff do em?

I bought one of the last 9 on the VW system about a year ago, might be worth giving a dealer a try but you will pay through the nose. Best bet is a VW scrappy or the bay, a few pop every now and then.

there is one on ebay right now m8 saw it a few hours ago when i was searchin throgh mk1 golf stuff to get some ideas for prices aof the stuff i want for mine lol

Cheers lads, will check the bay now.  I just heard that when VW had em they were 350!!!!

I tried to source one before getting my new roof fitted and it was practically impossible. Everytime someone offered me one, they looked at it and said it was rusty, so I cleaned mine up and filled it. Doesn't show at all now it's on the car.

If you can clean the one you've got, do it.
