Title: GTI starts juddering then shuts off while driving? HELP?

I thought it was the battery but got it checked and it was fine. I dont know what else it could be?

If any of you guys know or have any idea could you let me know.

Have you checked the earth connection is bolted to the body properly? I had this on my Gsi, and it was that.

Rather than guessing, you really need to hook it up to vag-com, or take it to a stealer - and get the fault codes read.

BTW, is yours a manual or DSG?

And do any of the warning lights illuminate in the dash?
