Title: REMOVING GAMMA HEADUNIT.........

Tried doing a search but couldnt find what i wanted how do u remove the standard gamma headunit? read somewhere about cutting 2x 10mm strips from a credit card etc did this but couldnt locate where they go???? cheers

There are slots either side. I think they're by the FF and RW on the left,and same but on the right they are quite discreet. Buy some keys from VW or Halfords for about £3

Yep as t i g says they are £3.99 from halfords got sum the other day :laugh:

didnt get around to fitting the headunit/removing GAMMA one truth be told im gone be spraying the wood trim reflex silver to match the exterior and source a 6cd AI/NET changer 1st then fit my ALPINE CDA7894RB headunit prob be end month now......  :cool:
